Bay Ridge is a quiet, gated community in an amazing location! Everything you'll need is within a 2 mile radius. "Restaurant Row" is a half mile away and includes iconic steak houses such as Morton's, Ruth's Chris and Eddie V's. If steak is not your preference, there are myriad restaurants to suit any taste. Bay Ridge is also right around the corner from two Publix stores, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! We have lovely shopping areas. The Dellagio and The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips are both a stone's throw away. If you love golf, Bay Ridge is across the road from Bay Hill, home of the prestigious Arnold Palmer Invitational. And if you have little ones that love Orlando's theme Parks, Universal is 2.5 miles away, SeaWorld is 6 miles and Disney is 8 miles (all with no interstate travel necessary).
As an HOA community, our property management team handles your lawn, pool and fountain maintenance, plus yearly tree trimming for a modest quarterly assessment. You'll have a personal code for front gate access and Bay Ridge has a separate back gate for easy neighborhood ingress or egress to the YMCA, UPS store, doctor visits or quick access to I-4/Florida Turnpike. As a resident, you can "lock and leave" your house, having peace of mind. Interestingly, I have seen over the years that homeowners move away from the area, and then buy within Bay Ridge again when they return to Orlando!
